The N-Strike Elite Crossbolt Blaster is a coveted weapon by those who like to engage in Nerf battles. Its high-powered, high-capacity feature is bolstered by a huge 90-foot range. Using the product is simple: Load the clip, pull the slide back, and fire away.

We found the product to perform as expected, with a rapid-fire Nerf weapon boasting a long range. Kids absolutely loved it, but it probably isn’t ideal for indoor use. It appears to be well-made for the type of product it is, and is quieter than one may expect with a toy guns. Using it is rather simple, although the crossbow design may take some getting used to for some users.

In some cases, we found the darts jammed in the clip, but that was the exception rather than the norm.

Readers on Amazon give it about 3.5 stars, which we feel is an appropriate rating.

There are an untold number of foam shooters out there, although the combination of range and crossbow design make this rather unique in its category. If the crossbow design isn’t the selling point for you, a glance at the Nerf Zombie Strike FlipFury Blaster may be in order. That very-high rated product also fires 12 darts and can be found as low as $15.

Epic Conclusion

Nerf N-Strike Elite Crossbolt is a highly-rated crossbow Nerf gun. It boasts high performance and long range. Occasional jamming and a cost at the high end of the spectrum are the product’s only drawbacks.
